Are you being funny, or serious? Cause that lost me

I always eat foreign food when I'm in another country all the time. It's like a hobby, but I actually enjoy it.

Some people go there and see the different foods they have and freak out. Obviously, being a different culture they see some things as edible that we wouldn't. Every new place you go has something a bit different.

Eh, SARS only kills like 1 percent of the people that get it. So go ahead and get it, newb!

So what's more likely to happen in Thailand: die from disease or get arrested with a death sentence?

ROFL!

Hey everyone, I am in an internet cafe. 15 baht (Thai currency, about 2p) an hour! Brilliant. High speed internet (ASDL) as well.

How is everything back in subspace?

I am in Khon Kan, a really nice village, visiting my grandma and auntie (who is in hospital because of a broken ligament or something) which is really nice.

First off, I stayed in the capital (Bangkok) for 3 nights in a 4 star hotel. The amout of fake goods is unbelievable. (Mostly Nike, Adidas and LaCoste)

The streets are always crowded, and the pollution is disgusting. icon_sad.gif

Nevertheless, the prices for iPods and computer/server systems are low (just over 100 pounds)

Ah well, I am just gonna try and download Continuum.

Be back soon. sa_tongue.gif

Hey everyone, I might as well update this topic now before it goes beyond 2+ page. sa_tongue.gif

Anyway, I have left Sattahip (The navy base my brother in law works in), which is south of Bangkok. Very nice place, the beaches are clear, but can be incredibky rocky.

I have already had to go to the hospital, due to mosquito bites (risk of malaria). The total count now is 35 bites. 2 sets of tablets (4 times a day) and 2 creams, and a blood test.

Now, I am 40 kilometres away from Sattahip (Sorry, I can't remember where I am at the moment) staying with my brother. Tomorrow, I will be leaving early in the morning to Bangkok for shopping (SPENDING SPREE!!) until 5ish so we can collect my Dad from the airport.

My adventures so far have been -

Exploring Sattahip, visiting and playing in the sea with big rubber rings. Exploring big ass shopping malls, with theme parks inside them.

Until next time..

I keep reading Sattahip as starship. I remember going in a mall once that had a rollercoaster on the top two floors and an ice rink on the top floor. I found some recent photos someone took:

SATA!

My HD was going 35 degrees celsius, upto 42 when under heavy load, so I bought it two jumbo fans and now it's cooled nicely at 29 - 32 degrees or so.

I had my CPU go from 0 to 89 in 30 seconds.

I also didn't have the fan plugged in for some odd reason.

CPU is out of context, foo, cpu heating is an expected given.
Hell, if your CPU didn't produce heat, it might be dead.

How exactly did you get your CPU to the freezing point (assuming you are talking in celsuis)?

Well, it wasn't on for a couple of days, so I guess not from 0. But what ever the room temperature is, or what ever it's cooled at to 89 degrees C.
