If you have not heard of Google Earth by now, something is wrong with you, and you must be forced to play with it. Its better than NASA's WorldWind, which is cool, but doesn't kill your computer in the process. I recommend going into the preferances and increasing your cache size, both disk space and RAM to as much as you can.
Mirror of install program (10 meg) since beta download is closed. Everything still works fine.

Yeah, I've seen this being used on a TV show on G4TV yesterday.
It would be cool if they can make it for cars' GPS systems, too, and maybe even for some airplanes in the passenger's TV screen (versus the 2D one they currently have). Above all, this is an excellent program.

When I go to the error site it says to give it an exception in my firewall, which I did, and I still get the same error.

One of my psychotic war-crazed classmates went on google maps and tried to zoom in on iraq in photo mode, but it told him he wasn't allowed to.
