Many of the players are experiencing the inability to rep shortly after they have fired a bomb. How would i approach to change this, so that players will not get rep ignores?
Is it in the zone settings? If so, exactly under which category is it?

Wouldn't that be the bomb delay? It disables weapons and reps, I suppose, after firing a bomb. If you don't want to decrease the delay between bombs, don't know what to tell you.

EMPs don't have this problem. If you don't use EMPs on any ships, you could just disable the EMP shutdown time, and set every ship to use EMP bombs.
