What portion of a clock's second does an ms (microsecond I assume) take in continuum server?

A millisecond (ms) is 1/1000 of a second. A millisecond is a millisecond everywhere.

And not to be picky, but the game is called Subspace. The server is a modified version of the original Subspace server called Subgame. The current client is called Continuum.
