I looking for staff for ZZH Zabuza(temp. name) go see site for more detail

As in go read news, has application and whatnot

Sorry, but don't try to get staff with a zone with no pop., suggested that you first gain the zone some pop before someone here would be liking to staff. Other wise just be like the other zones who give staff to all their players :/

I agree with ag though, the number of new zones about where you enter and EVERYONE in the arena is staff.....most of them abusing

When your zone map is

and there are no flags or anything anywhere and you're using svs ships... you're looking for a dev team not staff

There are two different schools of thought for small zones:

Build up a small initial staff when there is little or no population.

That way, you should have at least 5 people going to your zone, and they can bring their friends and people will come that way. This gives the appearance of a decent population which draws more people than an empty zone. It also gives you a greater advertising capacity.

Don't hire any staff until you have a population that requires staff.

This will keep you from just hiring the first few people that show up, and also has the potential to make more people show up because they will have to compete for staff by being online more and consequentially drawing in new players from the resultant pop increase.

I'm a personal believer in the latter, but thats just because I've never seen the former successfully executed, and its the strategy I use for my staff.

with half of a sentence that ends in an insult. i wonder what the rest of it was going to say ...

if you need staff just start a server. you don't need a map, or pop, or any dev work to be done. you'll just get people coming in that want to be staff of your empty zone. works every time..
