This is the problem.
SHOUTcast is broadcasting my songs perfectly, but I can't get the mic to work. No listeners can hear what im saying to the mic, all they hear are the music.

You sure you set your recording channel to the mic?
Control Panel / Sounds and Audio Devices / (tab Volume) Button Advanced... / New Volume Control window pops up
Options / Advanced / (Adjust volume for) radiobutton Recording / OK
Now make sure the Microphone is selected with the Select checkbox.
