Everything except follow the directions. Try looking more into the Hijack This part of the instructions, as it will allow others to assist you much easier if they have some sort of solid information to run with.

Why are you complaining about free porn? Most people have to pay to get it.

Cypher - That's the last thing you wanna do. Especially if you know you can possibly fix it. Silly Cypher!

Nah! I format all the time because I'd rather have a clean operating system then a patch-work-fix-cleanup. :/

I've never formatted this computer's OS partition, I won't, and I won't ever need to.
Newbies!
I reinstalled Gentoo once though, didn't know how to chroot back in to reconfigure Grub after compiling a new kernel outside my installed environment.

If you're using grub, you don't even need to chroot if you get the config wrong. You can ask it for a prompt at boot and then tell it where to load the kernel image from.

I tried that, but without knowing the name of the new image file that's not going to help anyone.
Also I didn't say I wasn't a newbie at Grub back then.
I think I asked for help in a Gentoo channel to fix that since my first problems were with fstab.
It doesn't matter though, without knowing how to chroot back in I was forced once to reinstall, whatever the problem was (I'm sure it's the fstab heh).
Yes, I could've asked someone on forums or IRC channels, but I learned it the hard way.

For Virus: AVG

Then use CCleaner to clean up the mess left behind behind those two applications. I also recommend that you don't use Internet Explorer (use Opera, or Firefox), nor download things off of p2p networks such as Kazaa, Bearshare, etc -- unless you know its what you want.

I think soon same will happen with Kazaa.
However the load of crap that comes with it probably makes enough money to pay the lawsuit ...
