Ok well lets start off with this:

1) Done make spam topics like this, for example!: you started your topic name off with "Hi" Which it should have been something like: Looking for help with gfx"

2)You dident state barley any info of what you needed help with except for the gfx thing. Try to do somthing more like: Hey, I need help with some gfx for my website." Then state contact info and a bit more info.

3)Learn Http and html a bit so we wont have to do all the help for you. It is better off for you to teach yourself the bigger things, but we can help you with the smaller things. Because if we did all the work for you what would that prove?

There are many languages to create web pages. For example, HTML, PHP, Javascript, etc.

in the end it all comes down to HTML (the base that is)
for layout its more CSS (if you choose to use that)

My computer science teacher once threatened to change our passwords on the computer and make us compile by hand with a pencil. Naturally, one of the other students said something along the lines of "My handwriting is terrible, will you take off for that?", being completely serious.

Haha, that would be pretty funny if somone said that in my computer class. But most of the people in there are idiots and peopel that have failed alot and dotn giv a crap about anything

Using HTTP manually isn't difficult at all. Well, it depends on what you mean by "manually." At any rate, typing "telnet yahoo.com 80", pressing Return, and typing "GET /" and pressing Return again isn't all that hard.
