I need to know if its posible to find some1's IPadress bc i need to IPban some1. Is this possible?

Well, yeah. Just do *info on the guy, or if you have banG, ?info will work.

have him go to www.whatismyip.com and let him copy paste what it sais there

he's not exactly going to do that because why would he help get himself banned. Just do /*info on the guy. Or, if you have an alias/ban bot, it automatically bans the whole ip i think

If you have BanG, a good ?ban (with the switches) will do the trick.
