I was in another attempt at updating the security of these forums, only to find out that a good chunk of mods require some insecure features to be enabled in both php and other forum options. I reverted back a couple of changes, and it looks like it should work.

Also, is there a feature to have Daylight Savings time configuration on? Or do we have to config it manually by changing our Time Zone?

Fixed. Apparently, phpbb doesn't support DST. Applied the fix, works fine now. But now for all those not in DST, it will be screwed up.
I'll probably add a new profile option for DST or not.

Ok, added DST checkbox to Profile. Go edit it if your timezone doesn't support DST. By default, everyone is set with DST on.
