I haven't been involved in server junk in like 2 years. There's all this newfangled continuum junk now.

A) Anyone heard from the FACTS dude lately? I haven't seen him or his brother in SS in ages. Is FACTS/FACE still being worked on?

B) Has anyone bothered making a map editor yet? SSME is like, the shoddiest piece of shoddiness ever. I need a new project to work on and am wondering if there is any demand for a new map editor.

A) To my knowledge, he isn't playing SS nor working on his old projects anymore. His website doesn't exist anymore either, which is a shame. If you want to download the last FACTs program he made, it is in this thread.

B) Some map making programs were uploaded to this thread if you want to try them out.

Yes, there is demand from at least me and I'm sure that there are plenty of others! Even if all you do is make a stable version of SSME, it would be great. Build it and they will come.

oh yeah... *BTW* nice to see youre back
you may want to hook up with SOS, as i believe hes working on Black ice or ice something editor for maps (VS C++ Source)
