No, Trash Talk was always unmoderated. As for the list of mods done on these forums: good luck. Umm, attachment, statistics, and a bunch of other random ones. Some I made, others I hacked together out of other's mods. Nothing is really what you can apply now, which is why I'm still running a really old core. I do apply the security updates when they are issued.

But the last few times someone went on a spamming spree, AFAIR, you went and punished them.
I know that trash talk was never moderated.
But I also know that when it's being abused you act against it.
I put forth a stand that you seemingly oppose to and reject, but ultimately know I'm right about and will enforce yourself.
