Post subject: Zone stealing name therats

I have a zone a some is threating me that their gonna take my zones name and run it on SSCX some how. Its like taking Metal Gear CTF and opening a new zone called Metal Gear witout Svs or ne one elses postion is their any way to prevent this? Please try to understand and help

No worries, any copy cat zones won't make it up onto SSC. I doubt there will be any new SSC entries anyways; since the SSC council peeps are like bleh.

ok this is about halo so no flagiming, Lord FLash is back and threatens me that hes gonna open a new zone under sscx from the help of Ghost SHip, i told him he had no right, but he claims that he has every right because he USED to be the coowner of halo before it shutdown. HE also claims he made the whole server.cfg when he actually helps modify it here and there, can some one tell me is he still able to allow him to launch a zone on sscx? even though he has not permession to ues any of these files?

Ignore him. If something does come up with this, post about it here, and I'll be able to forward it to the correct people who will hear about the case. Ghost Ship helps with SSCX, but is in no way in charge. Xalminar and Yarekim rim SSCX and are in full control. They also have stated many times that they will handle zones that copy others in the proper way.

The Council doesn't pick zones that can join, it only picks new hosts. The hosts are responsible for removing crappy zones or those that abuse the billing server. If the hosts are not responsible, then they remove their billing access completely.

They told me they choose which zones get on; so they can eliminate any potential duplicate's... blah!
