Even with the IP you probably won't be able to login/change settings.

The download speed is fine
LAN T1 500kb/sec , sometimes 1mb/sec
Can go eaven to 2mb/sec if there are not much ppl online.

I didn't say anything specific about the speed, you're just connected in a bad way (well, for running services).

[Misc] - IP = www.whatismyip.com
[Billing] - IP : localhost
C:/program files/continuum/zone.dat - open it in notebad
change ur zones IP to 127.0.0.1
