Mainly released cuz of a bug-fix and the help-file.

Thats new:
- Added Tiles2Pixel-Convertor
- Fixed that stupid "click somewhere und it closes ur ini" bug
- Map- and ScreenObjects Box is bigger now
- Help file
I got my own Lvz-compiler working now, expect it to come in 1.4!

is this a bug in LIE v1.3.1?
When you add a image then remove it and then try to add it again it skips that one you removed
eg. remove image2 then hit add image and it adds image3 without having image2

OMG! when you click up on the time spin button and get to 990 it goes 1,000 then a nice message saying "1,000 is not a vaild integer"
