Please post the [Billing] section from your server.ini (with any passwords in it removed), and everything in your subbill.ini (with any passwords removed). Also, check to make sure that no other ports in the server.ini are the same as the billing port.

Example:

Code: Show/Hide

[Misc]
Port=500

[Billing]
Port=500

That will not work since both the zone and billing are using the same port. If that is your case, change the [Misc] Port to be something like 600.
