I would like my zone to be built entirely out of it, just like to know extra features, and any maunal to use and run? Who does host asss btw?

ASSS info

The only established ASSS server I know of so far is SSCX-A (-A for ASSS).

I believe they're still up for more zones, but the zones have to be promising afaik.
