The original VIE subbill has tons of little neat bugs that can get annoying. I'd recommend using Catid's Subbill, as it is more user friendly, and won't do weird things all the time. Plus, it has more features.

I DLed the Server SSBilling2 and tryied it... SubGame2 couldnt connect... deleted SubBill.exe... Dont work... RENAMED SSBilling2 TO SubBill..... STILL CANT CONNECT! WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!?!?!
