I mean exactly when I pick them up they turn yellow.. Like in DSB.. even tho I have flag mode 1 which means its like extreme games play, can pick up multiple flags.

sorry, they move a bit, as if I pick them up for a breif moment and than drop them.

Do you use stationary flags, positioned with a map editor like SSME?

They aren't stationary, they move a bit when picked up

This is a frickin volunteer organization, be patient!

I think your problem is the NoDataFlagDropDelay, which is currently set so that once 5cs pass without any data, the game automatically drops your flags. Try reseting to the default, 500, which will last 5s.
