General Questions - Work Around? Donkano - Fri Apr 16, 2004 10:49 pm Post subject: Work Around?
Is there a work around for doing really snazzy lvl files (I.E. DBZ's map looks) without taking the large amounts of time doing it with SSME? Like is there another program specifically designed to do good graphics like it (I.E. Goku or Krillin in it)?

Do you mean the way the map looks on the radar?

Ok, Adobe Photoshop I have 0 skill in and FACTs is a huck of junk that asks for a .dll file that I do not have.

Then download them? They're found all over the internet, grab the VB 6.0 runtime files; and subspacedownloads.com I believe all the files, or check catid.ssihosting.com he may have a link to them also?

Jeez. Don't call something a hunk of junk if you can't get it to work.

Indeed. It has stood the test of time, along w/ SSME SuSE - Sat Apr 24, 2004 2:22 pm Post subject:
it's very simple, Donkano
if it says you're missing something, you really are missing something, just go to www.google.com and search for "{something} download" and I guarantee you'll find it
put it where it needs to go (usually Windows\System32) and get FACTS to work
after that it's very simple
DECONVERT - to change a map into a bmp
CONVERT - to change a bmp into a map
you'll probably still need to tweak with SSME, but it helps a lot, FACTS
