I get this message after a while when only me and someone else are in my zone. It boots the other player off and says this message:

TimeSinceRequest:2420 ms (Rock_Chick)(737733518)(81.132.173.234)(sec=127)

How do I fix this problem and why has it happened?

You didn't post the whole thing. Looks like their client did not respond to a security check and got booted for it. Sec=127 means they were logged in for just over 2 minutes when this happened, which makes sense. This can be caused by bad packetloss.

It's in the 'server.cfg' if you use subgame2 (with ASSS I dunno)
Look after the section [Latency]!
