I Am very new to hosting and creating a zone for Continuum, I would like to know how to use the commands, more specificly, how do I make myself a moderator/sys, so I can use them

To log into the zone as a moderator, place your name inside the moderate.txt file inside the server folder. To log in as sysop, check your server.ini for the SysopPassword, and type that password, after an *, in the game. Example: SysopPassword was bob. When you are in the game, type [b]*bob[/*] to get sysop powers.
