Post subject: Editing Arena Settings
Me and my friend are just creating a fun server, but I don't know how to edit settings?
Could someone please tell me how?

Poke around in server.cfg or hit Esc+c in game (when you are logged in as a sysop).

sometimes you have to do a *recycle or just wait until the server re-reads the settings

Did you press F11 (?) after changing the value (assuming you are using Esc-C)

You can either recycle, or subgame will resend the new config out after some time..

You can edit settings using a command when connected to a server and logged on as a sysop. But I'm not sure if it's "*getsettings" or "*setsettings". I think it's the first one but you can try it out.

Now i got 1 more, i am trying to create sub-arena's but can't seem to load a new map?
I can't find a default map anywhere in ESC - C?

put subarenaname.lvl in the server directory.

Dont forget if you want to use different settings for the ships and such in the new subarena you need to make a copy of the server.cfg file and rename it to the same name of the map you want it to load with.
