Subgame isn't removed the *kill's when their time is up, and even the same ID was listed twice (is that even possible??)... can anyone give any solutions to why this is happening (the ban isnt being lifted after # of mins...)

I seem to remember this is an old bug...perhaps requiring a restart of subgame? Servers aren't my thing though, so I'm sure someone else can give more details.

Solution: Don't use *kill. Use Catid's biller.
