Start a new forum for recruiting ppl to make a zone for example...
I'm looking for a couple of ppl to start my own I think.....

Just use the Forum Junk section. A bunch of other people used that to hire staff and such.
The request you have is a very small one in compared to the larger amounts of threads here, and doesn't really require its own forum when it could fit inside another.
