do these do anything at all?

RewardMinimumPlayers=5
RewardPoints=30

I think it is similar to [Periodic], if you go into 17th Parallel, every now and then it says 'Reward: xx' with a rediculously low reward (and it wasn't Periodic as they give more points).

Perhaps that's the option that gives teams a reward based on the number of flags they have?
