Parse what? Parse the text? Or support an IRC connection? Its fully open, theres an RFC on IRC.

IRC is easy to parse, just read the RFC and make sure you understand the syntax.
Is this related to subspace in any way?

Yes I am ExplodyThingy. But what is the best method should I use to parse the incomming data from the server for like the users and the chat messages?

IRC-SS billing server? So you can chat in SS using IRC?
I wrote a (still incomplete, but functional) proxy server to do that.
Like I said, just read the RFC and make sure you understand the format. It isn't hard to parse. You'll need a split() function of some sort, and then you're set.
Here's a good version of the RFC: http://www.irchelp.org/irchelp/rfc/rfc.htmlVersetti - Thu Jan 29, 2004 6:57 pm Post subject:
The IRC in the biller will allow the users in SS to chat too users in a IRC Chat and Users in IRC Chat too chat into a channel in the biller over too the ppl that want too have IRC on. Well I'll see what I can do I been on this for a while so I want too finish badly.
