Will this command ever be enabled? Or have they just shut it off?

It looks like it has been turned off. It was only switched on so people who registered accounts before ?lostpassword was implemented could set their email (before any email in the form was probably discarded to reduce the size of the DB).

Really in my biller it is kinda disabled till I update it with my new version since I still got too figure out on how too send emails from the biller or if I need a SMTP Server which I just might use that but SSG Biller will have that. I'm still stuck on how too delete a entre in the link list that I got.
