Trash Talk - MacDX - Almost too good to be true! Warhaven - Tue Nov 18, 2003 6:11 am Post subject: MacDX - Almost too good to be true!http://www.macdx.com
Are the creators of Continuum aware of this? I wonder how difficult it would be to throw together an Alpha build of Contniuum for OS X, just to see if it's as feasible as this website claims it to be. One extra click during compile time for dual platform support? Sounds almost too good to be true!
According to the website:
? Simply compile your source and link in the libraries and you're ready to go.
If anyone has any info on this, let me know.

As 'MacDX' is only a Mac version of Direct X, that statement is not necessarily true. A lot of programs use platform-specific functions and variables, so sure, you can link Direct X easily, but the rest of the program? Not necessarily.
And I doubt whether PriitK is going to work on Continuum for MacOS, as the demand is not very high, and he's pretty busy.
Still a good idea though.
