LVZ/LVL Questions - Victory.wa2 - Help Please

Hello Well I have all my Gfx Lvz working but my victory.wa2 will not, I thought it could be ?music x isnt that I tried under Esc + C and put Victory on, Everything is right dont know what can be wrong any thought's?

victory.wa2 is the DING at the end of the game

victoryl.wa2 is the music, i dance to it
