I feel kind of silly for posting this here, but I don't know where else to go. In my zone, after the spider, or weasel, fires a bomb, another weapon cannot be fired until the BombFireDelay time has expired. None of the other ships are like this, after a bomb is fired, directly afterwards, other weapons can be fired, even before the BombFireDelay has expired. I want the spider and weasel to be like this also. Any suggestions?

Simple: Ships with EMP can do anything (other than another bomb) after a bomb is shot. Ships without EMP have to wait the full time after every bomb.
