why is is that if i start subgame and subbill, my computer goes sooooooo slow at starting and processing programs? i tries to decrease subbill cpu usage, but no effect

Using an NT based system? Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows 2003.
Hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc, go to the Process tab. Sort by Name so its easier to find subgame and subbill. For each of them, right-click, Set Priority, Low. Or Below Average. Just make it so it is less than Normal, and it will be lower in the processing list, so other programs have priority over it when they need to use the system.
Just make sure if you are going to play Continuum or any other game that uses 100% normally, to set the game's process priority to the same, or lower, than subgame/subbill, or set subgame/subbill back ot normal.

Ctrl+Alt+Del can act in two different ways under NT systems. One goes to a security screen, where you can log off, lock system, task manager, shutdown, or change password. The other option for it is to open Task Manager. Ctrl+Shift+ESC always goes to Task Manager.

Ctrl+Alt+Del is the only way to access task manager (if you can call it that) in 'home' versions of windows (95, 98, ME). Yeah, the sucky ones.

In 9x/ME, you cannot change process priorities via task manager, which is why I stated the NT systems are required for it.
