Anybody know of hand the valid file types that work on continuum in your lvz (sound files) or are there any besides wav and wa2

then how do you put a music in your lvz wav's are too freakin huge and there are tons of zones that have music too

just keep it under 4 MBs
you can use many programs to lower the sampling rate, which will lower the filesize a lot

I use 22,050 Hz, 8bit, Mono (22KB/s), unless the original .wav file was something smaller.
You could tell people (periodic message) to get the sound from a website or something, SSDL will probably take it if it isn't going to be changed.

so what your saying is try to find a program to lower the sampling rate wav because this particular wav is like over 12 meg and like u said a lvz can only hold 4 meg and if i posted it on a website ppl would not want to wait and download 12 megs so i'll try to find these so called "programs"

okay thanks be to ye both of you the file went from 12 meg to a meg and there is really no quality change in the sound at all
