ASSS Questions - Zone is Red? Anonymous - Sat Sep 20, 2003 3:35 pm Post subject: Zone is Red?
I can download the zone with directory servers, but it's red when I try and enter.
*Running windows version of ASSS.
*No firewall.
Also, when external:billing is enabled, it says that it can't be found or something.

What internet connection do you have? If you have DSL or Cable, it's most likely that you have a router, in which case that will act as a firewall, hence you need to configure it.
In the meantime, check zone.dat in your Continuum folder and find the entry for your zone:
Zone Name, I.P.add.ress, port, hostname, ?
# Description
and make sure your IP address is correct.

The last entry in zone.dat (where AlphaBoB put the "?") is whether or not the zone gives a password warning (0 = yes, 1= no).
