You have a slow server computer? If so, the command may take upto 5 mins to execute.

This is it. Some servers have problems resending changes to clients, which is probably your problem. It is still unknown as to why subgame doesn't do setting changes instant for everyone.

*set will change your server.ini. I recommend you opening your server.ini, scrolling to the bottom of the file, and removing the extra settings you added into it by accident.
