I was fiddling around with the server.cfg file and I accidentally made it so that the ships are like a decoy, they keep bouncing at same speed and never stop. How do i fix this?

Misc:BounceFactor's description: How bouncy the walls are (16=no-speed-loss)

Change that ABOVE 16 and see if it helps.
ABOVE 16 is needed because anything below 16 is going to be counted as 16.

Default is 22

Incorrect, your ship will actually increase in speed as you bounce of objects below 16.

It's quite amusing if there are close walls and BounceFactor=1.
