If you are the owner of the arena just put your Name and ID there.
to find your ID do a ?userid while playing.
This means that you can edit the settings without having sysop powers.

inserting YOUR userid means you can edit settings without having sysop powers (like shadow says)
the name= part is merely what is displayed when someone type "?owner" in-game
