I followed all of the how to make a zne instructions but when i get my zone into the zone list, it appears red. i check my subgame2 dos and it says "Re-read settings: 0 ms" and it does this peridocaly. can anybody help me?

That is normal.

Usually the problem when a zone appears red is that you are behind a firewall.

First make sure Continuum is NOT running. Then open the zone.dat in your Continuum folder in notepad. Then you need to add an entry for your LAN server. It will look like mine, except that you need to change the IP and possibly the port. To find your IP on a win95/98/ME system go to Run and type winipcfg and press OK. From the dropdown box select your ethernet card. Your IP is then displayed in the 'IP address' section. You will need to add the same entry (same IP and everything) to all the computers you want to play from.
