I got my main arena, but now I want to build sub arenas (I.E. Trench Wars, its main arenas are the (Public #)'s and like one of the sub arenas is TWTown) How do I do it?

the only way that will not screw up every map on your computer is:
Make a copy of server.cfg, rename it to yourarenaname.cfg and put it in your server folder
Then, make a map called yourarenaname.lvl and put it in your server folder
Enter your zone, and ?go yourarenaname
Note: it won't work if your inside your zone the whole time. Probably need to recycle the server as well.

will work fine if you're in the zone, just don't be in the arena of the same name as the .lvl if you upload it with *putfile (will automatically recycle arena)
no need for server recycle either
recommend [Custom] ArenaMode=5 in your server.ini
