Post subject: Where to get the missing file for FACTS

I know it has a site in the readme.txt but when i go to that side it gives me that page missing stuff...so maybe if theres a new place you can get it or some other way to fix it plz tell me

btw it says this "Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependecies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalied." ty
