I made Life & Death SWC to do a clone of the Starwars feeling you get in Starwars Simulations games made by Lucasarts.
I played the 3 best Starwars simulations, which are :
Xwing
Tie-Fighter
and
Xwing versus Tie-Fighter
all three were made by Lucastarts and are very nice 3d simulations.
I finished all but Xwing. Xwing is kinda old and is very hard. But I went to the last Deathstar battle and never been able to finish this mission. However I finished the 2 other ones. So, I have a pretty good knowledge of how the starwars ships are.
I made this zone to be as similar as possible of the 3 games I said before
and create a Starwars universe.

play Freespace, FRED ain't bad.
Or if you're feeling really risque, try Tachyon (Novalogic)
32-bit is lacking, but heck its fun
