I made a bot that used logic as a turret driver. I was able to ignore physics by using *watchdamage on the driver, and able to ignore who got hit before by choosing my targets with *energy viewing on. It did aim (ignoring walls) pretty damn good, and had a bit of control over how often to shoot (got to work on a safe level for "if below this nrg, do NOT shoot unless you have a 80% chance of a kill"). It used recharge correctly (not hard to do), so was able to die. Course, if driver died first, the bot was screwed to not take damage till driver respawned (eheh, that was fun, because bot still shot from the middle of no where). But nevertheless, it isn't that hard to make a playing bot. Now, to make one that plays like Couterstrike bots, that requires work that people should get paid for.
