What's the problem??
You said you can't open it, but what do you mean by that? Do you mean, you double-click and nothing happens.. it gives an error message.. ...? |

| Right click, Open With, select Notepad or Wordpad, check the box that says to always use that program, hit OK. |

| Depending on if you run Millenium Edition for an O/S. I've had a bug where I set "Always use this program to open these types of files=yes" and a LOT of programs like to stop using their .cfg's. Probably won't happen to you if you happen to be using Millenium Edition, because my system is buggy as hell, but eh, it's a warning. |

Yes, what Mine GO BOOM said. Because sometimes you cannot open certain files, because when you download them, they end in an unknown extension (.cfg is an example). So you will have to right click the file, go to properties, then click open with. Find notepad (which is fine for cfg editing), wordpad or your favorite text editor, then click ok.
I'm sorry, I just could NOT understand what you said since not a single character was cased, nor was any punctuation used correctly in any sense. |
