cant connect to any zone

im new to this and i cant connect to any zones. when i try it either says connction lost or that it failed to connect. oh yeah and my firewall is off and the zones are in green

help me please thanx

What sort of pings are you getting? (column of numbers to the left of the zones).

If the number is red and up in the thousands, you probably won't be able to connect.
