Do i have to be in SSC billing if want my chats working between my own zone and SSCU deathstarbattle or Trenchwars for example?

edit. Well i think so. If want to SSC billing, is there that rule that have to be like 20players in zone/day that i get there? There is lot of servers which are in SSC billing but no1 playing.

In order to have chats available, you need a biller. If you want to be able to chat with other zones, then you need to be on the same biller as them. Meaning that to chat with TW and DSB, you'd need to be on the SSC biller.

There once was a policy where a non-SSC zone required an average of 20 players, but nowadays it's pretty much 1) obtain reliable hosting, 2) attract some players, 3) know who to contact.
