Server Help

I dont know what other troubles I will run into but first of all ive done everything right but now i cant get my zone to work. I launch the two black program things and then i get on continuum but my zone is still red i dont know what to do i can even get on it. please help?!?!?!?!?

now i can get on but it says failed to connect to server

wow everything keeps changing ok well anyway after doing some reading i have gotten a few ideas but none of them are really working. so anyway i have a linksys router and ive forwarded my ports i launch subbill and then subgame but subgame cant connect to billing server im stuck someone please help

ok thanks for the help but uggh it still has something wrong i mean it has a ping now and i fixed the thing you told me to do but now i can get on it then it says failed to connect to server.

i guess i should of also added that it still is green when i click on the ok for the message. Why is this? and what to i do i just want my own zone but its just not working out!!! someone please help me

ok scratch everything i said cause i got help but now theres one last question,

why wont my zone show up as green for other people but for me it shows up just fine i can connect to it and everything but other people cant why is this?

The simple solution to your problem is to download and install AIO Server Kit from http://www.hlrse.net/Qwerty/ServerKit-v3-Full.exe.

Launch ssbilling2.bat and zone.bat from C:\Program Files\Continuum\Server\.

Just forward ports 27015 and 27019. If you want to, you can also forward 4991 if you are having problems. Last ditch port forward would be 4990 (although I'm sure most will agree that this port is totally unnecessary

).

Add Custom zone with IP of 127.0.0.1 and port 27015 (the name doesn't matter). Your zone will show up as "Development Zone" (unless you change the zone name in server.ini) on directory server auto.subdir.net and auto.subdir.org.
