I've been doing a lot of research trying to find a good phone. Right now I have a Samsung SGH-A707. It has some nice features like being able to use it as an MP3 player with buttons on the outside; however, the button response isn't great, and I want something a bit nicer.
My Phone:
Prada:
I have been looking at the LG Prada for a while. It is a lot like an iPhone, but you can actually bluetooth files. Apple doesn't allow this because of copyright on music and things of that nature. The negative side to a touch phone would be scratching and grease, but this phone is very nice and used by businesses. Prada uses only the best. The camera has awesome lens. It takes amazing pictures.
Features:
MP3 Player (plus almost every format you can think of)
FM Radio
MicroSD expansion slot
And the ones most phones have.
It has several GSM bands, so traveling in other countries is easier.
My question is, are there any other phones like this? I wanted it to have a 3.5mm Headphone jack, but there is an adapter I can get. I saw the Tilt at the AT&T Store, but I think I like the prada better. I've always liked flip-phones,
What do you guys think. Any suggestions? |

There is the LG Voyager. My buddy and Mom has it and they like it. You can always get screen protectors too so don't worry about smudging or scratching your screen. |

Well the only problem is, if they use Verizon, that means they use CDMA. AT&T uses GSM. |

I'd suggest staying away from any RAZR-like phone, even if it's a Samsung. The Samsungs are the most durable phones ever, but even their thin ones break easily. But their buttons are like 10x better.
I would suggest staying away from any iPhone-like phones, either. Basically every problem with the iPhone is fixed by moving to either Sprint or Verizon and getting a non-Apple version, but it's still not as useful as it might seem. It plays music and lets you check your e-mail, but all phones do that now, and how often do you really check your e-mail on a phone anyway?
I prefer phones without all the advanced GUI features... they're easier to use, and all the extra features are useless. |

Reminds me a bit of the baddies in the film Vantage Point. _________________ ss news |
