...? To make good flags you would probably need/can use 3D modeling software (3DX / Bryce / etc). |

But that was easy since I used API's in RapidQ. It depends if you want your flags to wave in the wind or rotate like in SS, either way it is considerably harder..hmm..maybe get some demo code for wavy water, use your picture as the texture and save the frames to make a flag fluttering in the wind. |
