mg keeps dissing me why and it says low fps but it only does that in mg why? how do i fix it?

lower your resolution or color depth, or buy a better video card.

mg uses a lot of lvz graphics compared to other zones so it's expected to require more video processing. Also, the fps limits are set by each zone, so perhaps the other zones have lower limits.

his computer is so old, it uses punch cards.

I've got a 7600GT and an AMD dual core processor, and I still have the same problem when running at 1280x1024 at 32 bpp. So even modern computers have problems with Continuum, sometimes.
