This has not happened with anyone else yet, a lot of people can enter my zone but one person can't get in.

When they try to enter with their regular alias it shows on the screen someone called ^banned trying to enter, and are quickly kicked out.

I have checked *listban and there are no bans at all. I have not banned him or restricted his name.

On the biller it says he was kicked for reason #0 what ever that means...

Does anyone have an explanation for this?

^banned is a biller enabled ban, not subgame so *listban won't work.

Which biller version are you using? Banfree them.

(time zone bias)

no idea what that is, theres been a few on my biller too.
